Generally, ashes are ready for family collection from our Roselands Head Office within 4–6 business days of cremation. We will notify you immediately once they are in our care, and we can also arrange for ashes to be sent to you.

Things to keep in mind when selecting a funeral home
Not all funeral homes are equal.
At Sydney Memorials, we guarantee that your loved one is kept within our facility at all times until transferred to a chapel or crematorium. Direct-No-Service cremations are always completed in the presence of our own staff and associates.
Furthermore, you are welcome to come at any time to meet our staff, who will be attending to your loved one.
When selecting a funeral director it is important to ask where your loved one will be taken and where your loved one is prepared. Unlike Sydney Memorials, many funeral director’s have offsite contractors and do not have their own mortuary premises onsite, which means your loved one is not necessarily in their care.
